Latest Updated 09/07/2024: The Supreme Court has taken a tough stand on the NEET UG exam question paper leak and irregularities case. Hearing 30 petitions related to this matter on Monday, the apex court asked several questions to the Central Government, National Testing Agency (NTA) and CBI. The court admitted that the question paper has been leaked. If the sanctity of the exam is affected, if the question paper has been circulated through social media, then a re-examination can be ordered. The next hearing on this matter will be conduct on Thursday.


While hearing the NEET UG exam, a three-member bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud also said that if the exam question paper has spread through Telegram, WhatsApp and other means, then it is like a forest fire. Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra, who were part of the bench, said that one thing is clear that the question paper has been leaked. If we are unable to identify the culprits, then a re-examination can be ordered.
