Live Updates: central government said neet ug counselling date not decided yet
Latest Updated 07/07/2024: Reacting to the news about postponing NEET UG counseling, the central government said that the date of counseling has not been decided yet. The government gave clarification in view of the confusion among the students due to the information that the counseling would start from 6 July.

It is believed that the decision on the date of counseling will be taken after seeing the stand of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court had earlier refused to stop NEET-UG counseling in several hearings.
The Ministry of Health said on Saturday that it has been observed that reports of postponing NEET UG counseling are being circulated.
It is clarified that the date of NEET UG counseling has not been decided yet, so news of its postponement is wrong. The Medical Counseling Committee may soon release an official notice on the website.
The Supreme Court will hear several petitions related to NEET on July 8. After the paper leak controversy, many students have demanded to stop counseling.
