In fact, a complaint was filed before the First Appellate Authority-cum-Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna by RTI Manch Bihar of Bankat village of Agiaon block of Bhojpur district regarding the renovation of the Ahar of Narauni village under Khopira Gram Panchayat by making it encroachment free. Patna DM Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh reviewed the cases related to Public Grievance Redressal and RTPS on Saturday. All public authorities and officers were instructed to expedite the related applications. In the review, it was found that 530 cases have been disposed of in the last one week in Public Grievance Redressal in Patna district. The number of cases pending for more than 30 working days is 521, the number of cases pending for more than last 45 working days is 358 and the number of cases pending for more than last 60 working days is zero. The total number of pending complaints is 2,266. During this, the progress in RTPS was reviewed by the DM. The DM said that ensure the execution of applications within the time limit as per the RTPS Act.
