Latest Updated 21/06/2024: The High Court on Thursday dismissed the petitions claiming that several model answers of the 11th JPSC exam were wrong. This has cleared the way for the main examination starting from 22 June. The court of Justice Dr. SN Pathak of the High Court completed the hearing on the petition keeping in mind the close date of the main examination.

A petition has been filed in the High Court in this regard by Jaya Kumar and others. Through the petition, the court was told that there were many mistakes in many model answers of the preliminary examination released by JPSC. An objection was also lodged by them in JPSC regarding this, but the commission did not take cognizance.

On the other hand, JPSC said that the commission had taken cognizance of the objections of the applicants and it was also resolved.
Some candidates had sent objections for the third time, but by then the result of the preliminary examination had been released, so it was not considered. After the debate was over, the court refused to give relief to the applicants and dismissed the petitions.
