Latest Updated 21/06/2024: Coal India has issued an order to pay DA (dearness allowance) to coal officers at the rate of 44.3 percent. This is effective from 1 April.

It should be noted that dearness allowance is revised every quarter. The revised rate is implemented from 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.
