Latest Updated 13/06/2024: Admission in four-year graduation course in 35 degree colleges of Dhanbad-Bokaro under BBMKU is going on at a slow pace. From 29 May till now, only 65 hundred students have been enrolled in the colleges of Dhanbad and Bokaro.
The last date for admission in Phase One by the university was earlier kept from 29 May to 7 June. Due to various reasons, the university has extended the last date of admission to 20 June. Even after that, the pace of enrollment has not increased. In such a situation, it is expected that not all the students included in the first selection list will enroll. Seats will remain vacant. The second selection list will be released on 24 June for the vacant seats. Let us tell you that 28,854 students have applied for 42 thousand seats. Schools will open on 18th June. There is a chance of enrollment only from 18th to 20th June. On the other hand, colleges say that enrollment will not be taken without CLC. A message is sent after document verification in the college. After that, enrollment fee has to be deposited. After depositing the enrollment fee online, the receiving fee has to be deposited in the college. Admission of the concerned students will be confirmed only after submitting the receipt.
Last date for filling the second page admission form is 20th June: For the vacant seats, BBMKU has sought applications through Chancellor Portal under Phase Two for enrollment in 33 colleges. You can apply online through Chancellor Portal till 22nd June. Seats of many subjects including history have been filled in affiliated colleges. Seats are vacant for all subjects except one to four subjects (total 36 subjects) in 13 degree colleges and for all subjects in 20 colleges. The first selection list of Phase Two will be released on 24 June.
Backlog students allowed to fill Sem. 6 form
BBMKU has given relief to the backlog students of degree semester 5 of all degree colleges. University Examination Controller Dr. Suman Kumar Varnwal has said that those candidates of graduation semester 5 who have backlog in any paper of semester one, two and three, can appear for the semester six examination. Other criteria for promotion and obtaining degree will remain unchanged as per the Graduate Rules 2020-23.
