BSEB should regularize 41 personnel latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 18/05/2024: Patna High Court, in an important decision, has ordered the Bihar School Examination Board to regularize 41 ad-hoc employees working for 20 to 24 years on 69 Inter Council approved posts within six weeks.
A single bench of Justice Bibek Chaudhary gave this order after hearing the petition filed by Hari Shankar Kumar and others.

The court was told that the personnel were appointed on temporarily sanctioned posts by the orders of the competent authority. All of them were appointed to class three posts. All have been working continuously for more than 20 years and have also been paid salaries. Due to continuous working in sanctioned posts for so many years, these workers have a legal and justifiable claim for regularization. The court accepted that all of them were not appointed through the back door nor were their appointments illegal.
