Jharkhand CHO Recruitment 2024: 865 will be recruited under JRHMS latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 17/02/2024: The process of appointment to 865 posts of Community Health Officer (Community Health Officer) has been started under Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) in various districts of the state. Alok Trivedi, Campaign Director of National Health Mission, Jharkhand has issued an order in this regard.
The process of online application for recruitment has been started on Thursday. The last date for application is 16 March 2024. Interested candidates can apply at http://recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in. Detailed information regarding appointment can be seen on the official website jrhms.jharkhand.gov.in/health/recruitment. As per the Campaign Director, the initial contract period of the selected CHO will be for one year, which will be renewable subject to satisfactory performance and requirement. No claim for absorption in the regular post will be considered by the appointed CHO in future.

Essential Educational Qualification: Candidates should have B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing along with Certificate Program in Community Health from a recognized Nursing College in the session 2016-2020.
Selection Process: The basis of selection for the recruitment to the post of CHO will be merit basis. Whereas, the merit will be determined on the basis of marks obtained in the theory & practical of Nursing Final. The minimum marks required are 40 percent for unreserved & EWS category, 36.5 percent for BC-2, 34 percent for BC-1, 32 percent for SC, ST and women & 30 percent for PGT.
Recruitment will be made on 233 posts in Chakradharpur Railway Division
The process of making senior technicians assistant loco pilots has beganed in Chakradharpur Railway Division. A plan has been made to fill 223 vacancies on the post of Assistant Loco Pilot. Due to this, the divisional headquarters has invited applications by 24th February from technicians aged 35 to 40 years working in electric and diesel loco sheds for six years. With this, 177 technicians from General category, 33 from SC and 17 from ST category can become Assistant Loco Pilots, but to change the grade, the technician is required to pass the departmental examination. After this, training in train operation will be given. By becoming an Assistant Loco Pilot, the technician will get financial benefit by getting risk and running allowance.
There will be reinstatement on 396 vacant posts in JBVNL
The process of filling the vacant posts has been beganed by Jharkhand Electricity Distribution Corporation Limited & Jharkhand Energy Development Corporation Limited. Electricity Corporation has released 336 vacancies for different posts. All these posts are related to finance and technical. There is a severe shortage of electricity officers & personnel in the electric supply area Jamshedpur. 512 posts of 14 categories related to electricity supply, distribution and monitoring are sanctioned, in which only 116 officers are employed and 396 posts are vacant.
