This time the evaluation process will end soon due to increase in the number of teachers.
Surveillance will be done through CCTV cameras
Teachers engaged in evaluation work will have to contribute on 23rd February. After the evaluation is over, the marks will have to be verified. After this topper will also be interviewed. The final result will be approved after the interview. Online entry of the marks will be done at the evaluation centres. The evaluation center will be monitored through CCTV cameras. All District Education Officers will ensure compulsory contribution at the evaluation centre. Otherwise action will be taken under the Bihar Examination Conducting Act 1981.

Evaluation of Inter copies across the state will start from Friday. The target is to complete the evaluation work by March 4. The result will also be released before Holi by 20th March. 7 centers have been made in Patna for the evaluation, while 200 centers have been made in the whole state.

This year evaluation process of Inter-Matric copies will end soon. The no. of teachers in related subjects has increased. New teachers have also been engaged in evaluation work. This time around 25 thousand teachers have been engaged in evaluation work. Bihar School Examination Committee has released the guidelines in this regard. The evaluation work will be done in a single shift from 9 am to 5 pm. Those co-examiners & principal examiners who do not complete the evaluation of the answer scripts allotted within the stipulated time period of 9 to 5 pm will have to complete the evaluation of the answer scripts till 6 pm. All the personnel engaged in the evaluation work will have to enter the designated center till eight o'clock.
Full marks will be provide on correct answer
If the applicant has answered the 2 marks question correctly, his mark will not be deducted. Students will get full marks on correct answer. Double the number of questions were asked than the number of questions to be answered by the candidates. Instructions have been given in this regard.

The board has already released the appointment letters of the teachers & personnel involved in the evaluation work. Also, hard copy of appointment letter plus two school wise & college wise has been sent to the office of District Education Officer.
