Now you can do MSc in Nanoscience also by AKU Bihar latest news update 2024

Latest Updated 23/02/2024: MSc in Nanoscience will soon be taught in the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology of Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU). Also, the curriculum of M.Tech in Nanoscience already running will be updated keeping in mind the provisions of the new education policy.

Nanoparticles will be developed as per the needs of the industry. For this, academic agreements will be made with many institutions. To strengthen this center of AKU and directly connect the students with research and employment, a meeting of the Academic Advisory Committee of AKU's Nano Science and Nanotechnology Center was held on Thursday. In this, experts from top institutions of the country gave many important suggestions. The first meeting of the 12-member committee was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Sharad Kumar Yadav. 

The coordination was done by Registrar Prof. Shankar Kumar. The committee members have given many important suggestions point wise. According to the suggestions of the committee, a five-member committee will be formed. There will be three academic members and two industry members. Head of Department Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh was also present in the meeting.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Sharad Kumar Yadav told after the meeting that the recommendations of the committee will be implemented soon. Soon MoU will be signed with seven institutes including IIT Patna, Chandragupta Institute of Management Patna, National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

Employment opportunities here after completion of the course

Head of the Department, Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh said that after this course, there will be employment opportunities in the field of electronic engineering along with research in the agricultural sector. You can make a career in medical science, defense sector, textile engineering, Ayurveda and various other fields. Possibilities will increase in the direction of research.

For now, work will be done with guest teachers

• The first meeting of the Academic Advisory Committee formed for the Nanoscience Center was held.
• Subject experts from top institutions gave important suggestions to increase the pace of research.
• Experts from IIT Patna, JNU, IIT Roorkee and other institutes included.

Now the advisory committee has recommended for preparing this course. Academic preparations will be completed by the time of admission to the course. Till regular appointments are made, it will be operated with guest teachers.
