82 posts approved for AYUSH hospitals in Uttarakhand latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 15/02/2024: The Cabinet has approved 82 posts for five upgraded AYUSH hospitals in the state. This has cleared the way for deployment of doctors and other support staff in these hospitals.
Let us tell you here that the government is promoting AYUSH system of medicine in the state. For this, five hospitals were upgraded, but due to non-sanction of posts, doctors and other employees were not able to be posted in them. In view of this problem, a proposal for approval of the post was brought in the cabinet by the AYUSH department. Which has now been approved by the cabinet.
X-ray technician cadre structure approved
The Cabinet has approved restructuring of the structure of X-ray Technician cadre of the Health Department. There will be a total of 161 posts of X-ray Technician in the department. Which is three more than the previously sanctioned posts. The Chief Secretary said that there were no promotion posts in the X-ray technician cadre. In such a situation, now the promotion posts have been increased by restructuring the structure.
