Latest Updated 29/12/2023: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has invited online applications from 7 January for direct recruitment to 921 posts of Police Sub Inspector (Confidential), Police Assistant Sub Inspector (Clerk) & Police Assistant Sub Inspector (Accounts). The Board released the complete schedule of recruitment process for these Group 'C' posts on Friday.

According to the board, online application will start from 7 January. The last date for online application & fee submission will be 28 January 2024. The last date for fee adjustment & amendment in application will be 30 January 2024. Out of total 921 vacant posts, 268 posts are of Police Sub Inspector (Confidential), 449 posts are of Police Assistant Sub Inspector (Clerk) & 204 posts are of Police Assistant Sub Inspector (Accounts). An online written examination of 400 marks will be conducted for recruitment. Candidates successful in the examination will undergo physical standard test and computer typing and shorthand test.
