Action against 3 DEOs for posting more teachers than the vacancy in Bihar latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 18/11/2023: Sending more vacancies than the prescribed number of teachers in schools has proved costly for the District Education Officers (DEO) and District Program Officers (DPO-Establishment). The Education Department has given censure punishment to Samastipur DEO Madan Rai, DPO Narendra Kumar Singh, Saran DEO Kaushal Kishore, DPO Dilip Kumar and Siwan DEO Mithilesh Kumar and DPO Awadhesh Kumar.

Due to the mistake of these districts, more teachers were posted in schools than the vacancies. Terming it as gross negligence and violation of orders, the department has announced punishment to them. The department issued an order in this regard on Friday. The department had asked him why he should not be punished for blasphemy. The department took action after not getting a proper response. It is known that on the basis of posts given by the districts, the department has allotted schools to teachers through the software. In this sequence, the department has detected irregularities in these districts.
