Latest Updated 15/10/2023: The list of students who were absent in class 12th has been summoned. In this regard, Secondary Education Director Kanhaiya Prasad has written a letter to all the District Education Officers. In this, the Director of Secondary Education has asked for the list of such students appearing in the Inter examination of the year 2024, whose examination form has been filled. Such schools which do not have 75 percent attendance are also to be identified. Also, students who are absent have been asked to give notice. Let us tell you that attendance in class 12th is decreasing. Inter students who are not coming to school after filling the examination form have also been asked to cancel their enrollment. Notice will be given to the students first. If students do not come to school, action will be taken to cancel the enrollment. 

It is known that the form for Bihar Board Inter Examination has been filled. In such a situation, the attendance of students has reduced considerably. Only 22 percent students are appearing in class 12th. In such a situation, the Directorate of Secondary Education has taken strict action on this. According to the Directorate of Secondary Education, the attendance of students in class 12th has improved in August and September. 60 to 75 percent students started coming to school. Because Bihar Board had clearly said that if 75 percent attendance is not completed then you will not be allowed to appear in the examination. But now when the Inter exam form was filled, the attendance has come down to 22 to 30 percent.

Instructions given to DEOs to increase attendance: Directorate of Secondary Education has instructed all DEOs to increase the attendance of students in school. If students do not come to school and do not complete 75 percent attendance, they will not be issued admit cards. Here, Bihar Board has released the schedule of inter centup along with the date of monthly examination of class 9th-10th. The monthly examination will be taken from 26 to 28 October. Whereas the Inter Centup examination will start from 30th October and will continue till 6th November. This will happen in two shifts every day. Every student has to compulsorily appear in the monthly examination of class 9th and 10th. Bihar Board has sent the score form to all the schools. In this, complete information has to be filled including name of the student, roll number, class, father and mother's name, gender. At the same time, information about subject wise marks also has to be given.


A list of students who are absent in class 12th has been sought from all DEOs. Because during surprise inspection it has come to light that students have stopped coming to school after filling the examination form. Students have to complete 75 percent attendance.   


Sentup exam will be held in two shifts


The Inter Centup examination is to be treated completely like the Inter Annual Examination. The first shift of Sentup exam will be from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. Cool time of 15 minutes will also be given during the examination. The practical examination related to Sentup examination will be taken from November 7 to 9. The list of subject wise marks of each student of inter examination will also be sent to Bihar Board. Along with this, complete information of the non-sentup candidate has to be sent. All schools have to send the list of centup and non-centup candidates by 14th November.
