Breaking News: 2 thousand rupees notes will be deposited in the bank till 7 October
Latest Updated 01/10/2023: Under the new instructions of the Reserve Bank of India, the deadline for depositing Rs 2,000 notes in banks has been extended from 30th September to 7th October.
- 90 percent notes were deposited in Bihar
The Reserve Bank has clarified in the press release issued on September 30 that Rs 2,000 notes can be deposited in banks till October 7. Here, in Bihar, 90% of the Rs 2,000 notes have been deposited in banks. Two thousand rupee notes worth about Rs 50 thousand crore were in circulation in the state. In such a situation, the remaining ten percent notes can also be deposited in banks.
