UPPSC APS Recruitment 2023: Online form for 328 posts starts from 19 September latest news update
Latest Updated 17/09/2023: Online applications for recruitment to 328 posts of Additional Private Secretary (APS) in Secretariat, Revenue Council and Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will start from 19 September.
Additional Private Secretary (U.P. Secretariat) – 300 Posts
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s degree from the recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Govt as equivalent thereto ;
- Must have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute & 25 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and Hindi typewriting respectively.
- Must have the knowledge of Computer in accordance to-
- the course prescribed for certificate course in computing (CCC) organized by DOEACC Society.
Or - the course organized by the Board of High School & Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or a course recognised by the Govt as equivalent thereto.

Application Fee
- Unreserved (General) – Exam fee 100 Rupees + On-line processing fee 25 Rupees Total = 125 Rupees
- Other Backward Class – Exam fee 100 Rupees + On-line processing fee 25 Rupees Total = 125 Rupees
- Scheduled Caste – Exam fee 40 Rupees + Online processing fee 25 Rupees Total = 65 Rupees
- Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee 40 Rupees + Online processing fee 25 Rupees Total = 65 Rupees
- Handicapped – Exam fee NIL+ Online processing fee 25 Rupees Total = 25 Rupees
- Dependents of the Freedom Fighters – According to original category mentioned.
- Ex-Serviceman – According to original category mentioned.
- Women – According to original category mentioned.
Age limit
- 21 to 40 Years
Pay Scale/ Salary
Pay-scale 9,300 to 34,800 Grade Pay 4,800 Rupees (Post-Class-II, Non-Gazetted).
