14 IAS changed including DM of 9 districts of UP latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 02/09/2023: The state government late on Friday night transferred 14 IAS officers, including the District Magistrates of nine districts Bijnor, Kanpur Dehat, Lalitpur, Rampur, Sant Kabirnagar, Mirzapur, Etah, Basti and Kushinagar. GDA Vice President Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been made DM of Sant Kabirnagar, Rampur DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has been made DM of Bijnor.
Basti DM Priyanka Niranjan to Mirzapur DM, Mirzapur DM Ms. Divya Mittal to DM Basti, Lalitpur DM Alok Singh to Kanpur Dehat, Special Secretary IT Akshay Tripathi to DM Lalitpur, Bijnor DM Umesh Mishra to Kushinagar, Rampur DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has been made DM Bijnor, Etah DM Ankit Kumar Agarwal as DM Rampur. Bhadohi Industrial Development Authority CEO Prem Ranjan Singh has been made DM Etah, Kanpur Dehat DM Neha Jain as Special Secretary IT and Kushinagar DM Ramesh Ranjan as Additional Sugarcane Commissioner.
Hemant Rao becomes chairman of Revenue Council
The government has appointed 1987 batch IAS officer Hemanta Rao as Chairman of the Revenue Council. Subhash Chandra Sharma has been made the Principal Secretary Backward Classes Welfare. Narendra Bhushan has been made Principal Secretary, Department of Science and Technology.
Reshuffle in responsibilities of PCS officers
The government also reshuffled the posting of some PCS officers on Friday. Rahul Kumar Vishwakarma has been made ADM Administration Azamgarh, Satyam Mishra has been made ADM FR Moradabad and Satyapriya Singh has been made ADM LA Faizabad.
