1747 crore paid to BCCL employees of Jharkhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 02/09/2023: About 35 thousand employees of BCCL were paid Rs 1747 crore by the company on Friday. Along with the August salary, arrears of 23 months of NCW-11 are also included. BCCL employees are happy with the payment of arrears on one date.

1350 crore was paid in arrears. The remaining amount is the salary for the month of August. Arrears were paid along with applicable 19 MGB as per the provision of NCW-11 for coal workers. CMD Sameeran Dutta had told the officials of the concerned department that in any case the payment for the area should be made on one date only. It was told that the billing work was done till late Thursday night and the arrears were paid on the first date. A minimum of Rs 2 lakh and a maximum of Rs 8 lakh have been paid towards arrears.
