Bihar Teacher Recruitment: BPSC may reduce the minimum qualifying marks latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 26/08/2023: To fill 75 percent seats of teachers, BPSC can also set the cutoff below the minimum qualifying marks. Commission's chairman Atul Prasad tweeted this information on Friday. According to them, the minimum qualifying marks which have been fixed by the General Administration Department, the cutoff can go below this.
At present, the minimum qualifying marks fixed by General Administration Department is 40% for general category, 36.5% for BC, 34%for EBC, 32% for SC & ST and 32% for women of all categories.

There are 79,943 posts of teachers for primary schools in the ongoing recruitment by BPSC. There are 32916 posts in secondary and 57602 posts in higher secondary.
