Ban on appointment of new member in BBAU Management Board Lucknow latest news today in hindi

Latest Updated 04/08/2023: The Lucknow Bench of the High Court appointed Prof. in the Board of Management of BBAU. An interim stay has been put on the order appointing S. Victor Babu as a member. The court has also sought answers from the Union Ministry of Education and BBAU within four weeks. The next hearing will be after six weeks.

This order was given by a single bench of Justice Abdul Moin, Prof. of BBAU. Passed on the petition of Dinesh Raj Modi. It is stated in the petition that Prof. Dinesh Raj Modi was appointed as a member of the Board of Management on 14 December 2021, being the senior most professor. According to the provision, such senior most professor who is not dean or department head is being made a member. Pro. S. Victor Babu was the Head of the Department of History, on 19 April 2023 another professor was made the Head of the Department.
