Latest Updated 04/08/2023: Medical Selection Commission has completed the recruitment process for 254 posts of Ayurveda doctors. The list of selected candidates has been sent to the Directorate of Ayurveda, but now the process of posting has stopped. The interview process for 24 posts of homeopathy doctors was to begin from Friday, but the selection board has put a stop to it after the Chief Minister directed to ban the recruitment.

The government has banned the recruitment of Ayurveda and Homeopathy doctors of the Medical Selection Board. While giving this instruction on Thursday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also directed for a thorough investigation of the recruitments.
The office bearers of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad met the Chief Minister on Thursday and complained about irregularities in the recruitment of Ayurveda and Homeopathy doctors of the Medical Selection Board. On this, the CM directed to stop the selection process of these recruitments with immediate effect. The CM is constantly taking a tough stand on recruitment rigging. In whatever recruitment the Chief Minister received a complaint of rigging, immediate action was taken. All those involved in wrong activities were sent behind bars.
