Breaking News: Supreme Court will hear on removal of Article 370 from J&K
Latest Updated 12/07/2023: The petitions challenging the Central Government's decision to remove Article-370 from Jammu and Kashmir will be heard daily in the Supreme Court from 2 August. For this, the constitution bench constituted on Tuesday has asked all the parties to submit written reports and arguments and documents by 27 July.
Chief Justice D.Y. A five-judge constitution bench headed by Chandrachud comprising justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, B.R. Gavai and Suryakant are also included.
