Scrutiny of answer books of Fokania Molvi will be done at four levels latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 12/07/2023: For the first time after checking the answer books of Faukania and Maulvi, the marks will be uploaded in the computer at the evaluation center itself. All answer sheets will be checked at four levels. If needed, the copy will also be re-examined. According to the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, this change has been done for the error-free result.
Computers will be installed at all evaluation centers. After checking the copy, the examiner will also write the marks manually and also enter them on the computer. With this, the complete details will reach directly to the board. The result will be ready easily. Let us inform that till now many errors were left in checking the answer books of Faukania and Maulvi. After the release of the result, many students used to complain about the marks. Marks will be sent to the board in online mode from all the evaluation centers as per the Madarsa Board administration. The board is doing this for the first time.
Bar coding will be implemented from 2025. From 2025, there will be bar coding on the answer sheet in Faukania and Maulvi exams. The answer sheet will be checked by bar coding.
Evaluation will start in August at five centers
There will be five evaluation centers across the state. Evaluation center will not be made in Patna. Where the number of students is more, there will be centers in those districts. The evaluation will start in the second week of August. The answer sheet will be sent to the evaluation center on the second day of the examination.
Madrasa Board will change the evaluation method this time. Error free result will be given. Copy will be checked at four levels. After this, if needed, the copy will be checked again.
The board will soon introduce bar coding on the answer sheets, which will bring more transparency in the declaration of results.
