Two cheaters caught in forest ministry exam of UK Uttarakhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 11/07/2023: Two youths have been arrested for cheating in the examination of Union Ministry of Environment Climate Change. Both are residents of Haryana. One of the accused was copying through a mobile phone and the other had taken the slip for copying. Police arrested both the accused from the spot and seized the mobile phone.
City Kotwal Vidya Bhushan Singh Negi said that the Ministry has taken out direct recruitment for the posts of Lab Attendant. The responsibility of recruitment has been given to Scope Testing Service Company. She is doing the exam.
The examination was going on at the Children's Academy located at Chakrata Road, Tagore Villa on Sunday evening from 3 pm to 5 pm. Dhara Chowki incharge Ashish Rawat told that during this period Sumit Kumar's son Jai Singh resident of Bhabalpur, Hisar Haryana was caught in class number 12. He had brought the mobile hidden in the room. Through the spy camera app in the mobile, the accused took the photo at around 3.38 am.
He sent this photo through his WhatsApp to a virtual WhatsApp number abroad. Room Inspector Yogesh Prasad caught him. Sumit Singh s/o Narendra r/o Sichhanvi Kheda, Jind Haryana was arrested in the same room. He was copying through slips. On being caught, the accused swallowed the copy slip by putting it in his mouth. However, the incident got recorded in the CCTV camera of the room. Both were caught from the spot and handed over to Dhara Chowki police.
City Kotwal Vidyabhushan Negi said that Sachin Tyagi, associated with the company conducting the examination, gave a complaint against both the accused. A case has been registered against both of them on Tahrir.
Report sent to the department
The company conducting the examination also informed V Karthik and Amalendu Pathak, IFS of the Central Academy for State Forest Service, about the detection of two copycats in the examination. Police say that the person on whose number an accused sent the photo of the paper is a virtual number. His ID is being taken out. The accused told the police that he had sent the photo of the solved paper to his cousin.
Both got bail from the court
The police presented both the accused in the court on Monday. There, advocate Parag Kumar told that he cross-examined on behalf of Sumit Singh, who was accused of eating a copy slip. In which there was a demand to remove the sections of cheating and conspiracy. The court accepted this and granted bail to Sumit Singh. The court accepted the charge of destruction of evidence on him. At the same time, the bail application of the second accused was also approved by the court.
