Latest Updated 20/07/2023: There is good news for the residents of the state. The state will now get the facility of treatment by Ayurveda method by admitting them in hospitals. At present, only OPD facility, that is, medical consultation is made available after seeing the patients, for treatment with Ayurveda method in the state. But there is no facility to admit them for treatment, but now this facility will also be available. Ayurveda hospitals will be opened in seven districts of the state with the help of the central government. These districts include Ranchi and Jamshedpur as well as Palamu, Gumla, Dumka, Deoghar and Bokaro. In Ranchi and Jamshedpur where the capacity of the hospital will be 50-50 beds. There, there will be 10-bed hospitals in Palamu, Gumla, Dumka, Deoghar and Bokaro.

These hospitals will have OPD facility as well as indoor facility. According to Ayush Director Dr. Fazlus Sami, patients will be admitted and treated in these hospitals. Free treatment facilities will be made available according to the four prescribed formulas of Ayurveda. In this, patients will be admitted and treated for treatment of Panchakarma therapy, Kshar Sutra therapy and other complex diseases.


Land marked near Amrit Garden in Chas, Bokaro Land has been identified near Amrit Garden in Chas, Bokaro. The process of marking land is going on in other districts as well. The land is expected to be acquired soon. After getting the land, the process of building construction will be started through open tender.
