Live News Update 2023: 24 officers of Jharkhand Police Service promoted to IPS
Latest Updated 20/07/2023: 24 police officers of Jharkhand Police Service have been promoted to IPS. On Wednesday, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India released the notification of IPS promotion.
IPS will be considered from the date of notification. Earlier, after the meeting in UPSAC, the filling of vacancies of 2017, 2019, 2020 was approved. All the officers will remain in probation period for one year from the date of notification of Home Department. And everyone will be given induction training for promotion in IPS.
In 2017 batch Sarojini Lakda, Imelda Ekka, Sadiq Anwar Rizvi, Arvind Kumar Singh, Vikas Kumar Pandey, Vijay Ashish Kujur, in 2019 batch Deepak Kumar Sharma, Rajkumar Mehta, Shambhu Singh, Ajay Sinha, Anudeep Singh, Pujya Prakash, Sahdev Sav, Amit Singh, Ajit Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, Deepak Pandey, Animesh Naithani and in 2020 batch Ajay Kumar-1, Arif Ekram, Dr. Vimal Kumar, Manish Toppo, Kailash Karmali, Pitambar Singh Kherwar.
