Breaking News: 25000 new packs will provide employment to 1 lakh people
Latest Updated 07/07/2023: The Cooperative Department will open 25,000 Multipurpose Rural Cooperative Societies (B-PACS) in rural areas of Uttar Pradesh. One lakh people will get direct employment through these B-Pax. Preparations have been made to open 10,000 B-Pax by the end of this financial year.

Independent Charge Minister JPS Rathore said that the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India has set a target of opening two lakh B-Pax in the country. Out of which 25 thousand B-Pax will be opened in UP. Apart from giving a boost to the rural economy, the B-Pax will work to provide 32 types of services to the villagers near their homes. These packs will be able to do commercial work along with hospitals, educational institutions. Pax as wholesale and retailer of fertilizers, drone operator, PM Kisan Sampada Yojana, Operation Green, Pax as FPO, Ganga Sahakar will be able to develop villages.
