Adeshpal will be kept in the seven high schools of Jharkhand through outsourcing latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 08/07/2023: The appointment of Adeshpal in upgraded high schools will now be done through outsourcing agency (external source). Monthly honorarium will be given on the basis of daily wages fixed by Labor Employment Training and Skill Development Department. One post of Adeshpal will be restored in seven upgraded high schools of Dhanbad. This arrangement will be done for 189 upgraded high schools in the state.
It may be mentioned that middle schools were upgraded to high schools in the financial year 2016-17 under the National Secondary Education Campaign.
School Education and Literacy Department has created teacher posts for various subjects of graduate trained teachers including headmaster in 189 upgraded high schools of the state. A school will get 11 posts including Adeshpal.
In these, there will be one post of Headmaster, Teacher Language (3 posts), Mathematics/Physics (1 post), Biology/Chemistry (1 post), Social Studies (2 posts), Computer Science (1 post) and Clerk. Posts from external sources should not be considered accepted. The maximum number of personnel will be considered for getting service from external source.
