Options will be taken from AE for transfer to PWD in UP latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 26/06/2023: Taking lessons from the rigging in the transfer of Assistant Engineers last year, the Public Works Department has decided a completely transparent transfer process this year. 136 Assistant Engineers (Civil) included in the transfer category have been called at Visvesvaraya Auditorium on Monday. The transfer list will be prepared on the spot by taking the option of vacant blocks where transfers can be given.
The concerned SE will examine the options given by the AE
The sections where AE (Civil) is to be posted will be displayed through projectors. A copy of the blank sections will be given to the concerned AE. In which this thing will also be mentioned, where they cannot be posted. AEs will have to be given options for transfer except in restricted districts and circles.
There will also be a Superintending Engineer in the auditorium who will test the option after taking it from the eligible AE. Will approve with his signature if correct.
Option for those who retire in 2 years
Similarly opportunity will be given to AEs who are going to retire within two years. Such AEs will also have the option to remain at their present place of posting. Preference will be given to such AEs who are posted at the Headquarters for more than three years continuously.
