Latest Updated 26/06/2023: After the cancellation of the recruitment examination held in the last term of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, the Vis Secretariat has started recovery from the agency that conducted the examination. RMS Techno Solutions has returned eight lakh rupees after the notice of the assembly.
In the last term of the Vidhansabha, it was decided to fill 32 posts. For this, about eight thousand youths from the state applied, but the result could not be released after the examination. In fact, the examination was canceled when it came into controversies. In this matter, Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri had suspended the Secretary Assembly and set up an inquiry.
Errors came to light in the investigation. In this, apart from irregularities in the selection of the agency, there was also a case of overpayment to it. In view of this, the Vidhansabha Secretariat had sent a notice to the examination conducting agency to refund the payment made in excess of the limit. On this, RMS Techno Solutions has returned eight lakh rupees to the Assembly Secretariat. Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri confirmed this.
