Latest Updated 08/06/2023: Jharkhand Public Service Commission has issued advertisement for the appointment of 256 Medical Officers. Of these, 230 posts will be appointed on regular and 26 on backlog posts. Online applications for this will be filled from 19 June to 18 July.

From 18 July to 21 July, the link will be open only for payment of examination fee. The appointment will be based on written test and interview. MBBS degree and one year internship in a hospital has been made mandatory for the appointment. In regular posts, 93 unreserved, 64 ST, 20 SC, 18 extremely backward classes, 13 backward classes, 22 economically weaker posts will be appointed. At the same time, there will be appointment on 25 posts of Scheduled Tribes and one post of Extremely Backward Classes in the backlog.
