Fake Degree (B.Tech.) Engineer Sacked in UK Uttarakhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 01/06/2023: The Irrigation Department has dismissed Assistant Engineer, Isam Singh, on the charge of getting appointment on the basis of fake B.Tech degree. Its formal orders have been issued by Secretary Irrigation Harichand Semwal on Wednesday.
Semwal said that Isam Singh was currently working as an assistant engineer in the mechanical branch. He was appointed on the basis of B.Tech degree, but there was a long-standing dispute over the degree. After this, from 2019, he was called several times by giving notices to present his side, not only this, he was also given a chance for personal hearing in 2021, but Isam Singh failed to present his side. After this, the department had sought permission from the Public Service Commission Haridwar to terminate his service.

After getting the consent of the commission in this matter in March this year, now completing all the formalities, Isam Singh has been dismissed from service. He told that for this, court orders have been made the basis in such cases in the past. Isam Singh had joined the service through direct recruitment in 2014, immediately after that this matter had come to the fore, but now decisive action has been taken.
