Latest Updated 01/06/2023: Dr. Indresh Sharma, an Ayurvedic doctor who was hurt due to financial crisis due to illness in Sainik Colony, committed suicide by injecting drugs along with his wife. It is being told that the doctor's wife was battling cancer for the last 12 years. Due to whose expensive treatment, the doctor's accumulated capital of lakhs of rupees had been exhausted. Due to non-payment of fees, the 12-year-old son's school was also released three years ago. Police have recovered a suicide note from the spot. In this the doctor has blamed himself for the suicide.
Originally a resident of Dehradun, Dr. Indresh Sharma (50) son Ramnath Sharma was living with wife Varsha Sharma and 12-year-old son Ishaan in a rented house in Sainik Colony, Kashipur for almost 15 years. Dr. Sharma used to work as an emergency doctor in Krishna Hospital. On Wednesday morning, the bodies of Dr. Sharma and his wife Varsha were found on the bed under suspicious circumstances. When his son Ishaan woke up in the morning, when his parents did not wake up for a long time, he informed the neighbors about it, then came to know that both had died. After this the neighbors informed the police.
On information, the police team including ASP Abhay Singh, ITI station in-charge AK Singh reached the spot and took the dead bodies of the husband and wife in their possession. A suicide note was found near the bed along with empty vials and syringes. In the suicide note, Dr. Sharma has written about ending his own life. At the same time, son Ishaan told that his mother was suffering from cancer for 12 years. The financial condition of the family had worsened due to illness and corona.
Son was released from the school for not being able to pay the fees
It is being told that he had also taken loan from many people for the treatment of his wife. He also started giving his blood to his wife. Due to giving blood many times, he also started getting sick. The economic situation deteriorated to such an extent that in the year 2020, he got his only son Ishaan to drop out of studies. Gradually, Dr. Sharma started living under tension.
A suicide note was found from the doctor's house, in which it has been written to end his own life. Prima facie both husband and wife were ill. Probably took this decision due to pressure. The situation will be clear from the post mortem report.

Hearing these words, Dr. Sharma's eyes were also filled with tears, but father, who has always been the hero of his Ishaan, fulfilled this wish of his son before leaving the world. Ishaan had a complaint with his father that he gave poisonous injections to himself and his mother and left her in this world by giving normal injections. Preparations for suicide were going on in the family for three days. Ishaan told the police that even on Tuesday evening, father came home like normal days after completing his work. While the whole family knew that tonight they had to say goodbye to the world. The whole family ate dinner together. After this, on Ishaan's insistence, father also played Ludo with his son. On the insistence of the son, the game of Ludo continued for an hour. Then Dr. Sharma wrote a suicide note in front of the whole family and all three looked at each other with heartbreak. Now the moment had come to bid farewell to the world.
Changed injection
Dr. Sharma took out the injection from the bag kept nearby and started filling the medicine in it. Dr. Sharma wanted to give the first injection to his wife who was fighting cancer. He wanted to see Varsha free from pain, but Ishaan, like always here too, was the first to insist. After this, Dr. Sharma caught the second injection and gave it to the son. After some time Ishaan fell asleep. After that he woke up in the morning.
Five kilos of rice, two kilos of flour came out of the house
The financial condition of the doctor's family was very bad. After the suicide, when seen in the house, barely five kilos of rice and about one to two kilos of flour were seen kept in the kitchen. Apart from a soap, no bath items were visible in the bathroom of the house. Originally a resident of Dehradun, Dr. Indresh Sharma came to Kashipur about 10-12 years ago with wife Varsha, daughter Devanshi and son Ishaan.
Presently he was living in a rented house with his family in Sainik Colony and was Emergency Medical Officer in a private hospital near Chamunda Temple. Wife Varsha was suffering from cancer for a long time. He was treating his wife. Due to this the economic situation became unstable.
