E-office system will be fully implemented in the education department regarding this. Scanning of all documents and training of officials and personnel has started. With the implementation of the e-office system, disposal of files will be done soon.
Department's Additional Chief Secretary KK Pathak has instructed the officials to implement the e-office system by August. For this, all necessary work should be done as soon as possible. Every page of the files is being scanned. After scanning of each letter, it will be digitized. After this, the officials will be able to send the file to others through e-mail only.
