Latest Updated 12/06/2023: After making the UP Board examinations copy-free, preparations are now underway to conduct the Joint B.Ed Entrance Examination-2023 on the same lines in a completely transparent, copy-free and systematic manner. As per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Bundelkhand University has made elaborate arrangements for organizing the examination. The attendance of all the candidates will be done on the basis of biometric and face recognition with live CCTV surveillance in all the examination centres.



  • Around 4 lakh candidates will appear in the entrance exam
  • On 15 June, the examination will be conducted simultaneously in all 75 districts of the state


A center representative, Static Magistrate will be appointed in every centre. 4.73 lakh candidates will appear in the entrance examination on June 15 in all the districts.

The role of all the components The entrance examination is divided into three components, in which apart from Bundelkhand University, the administration of all the districts and 16 other nodal universities are included. Everyone has been given full information about the role and responsibility. The responsibility of depositing all the confidential material (including OMR sheets and papers, among others) related to the examination in the district treasury & transporting it to the examination centers will be performed by City Incharge nominated by the District Magistrate (DM). In the presence of the Static Magistrate, all the confidential material will be opened at the appointed time. 


Confidential Material in the Security, Bundelkhand University (BU) has made arrangements for powerful security of confidential material related to examination. The help of district administration, police department will be taken. Armed police personnel will also be deployed along with the center representative to carry the material from the treasury to the examination centre. There will be proper arrangement of police force, escort at all examination centers. Police personnel will accompany the material even while sending it to Jhansi.


In the presentation of the action plan related to the B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination before the Chief Secretary, the details of sanctity, safety and security of the examination were given. All the centers have live CCTV surveillance facility, operations will start by June 12.

● The Center Superintendent will ensure that the attendant is taken through biometric, face recognition.


● There will be a City Incharge in every district, who will be nominated by the DM. Will be representative at two centres.


● Static magistrate will be appointed at every center. Bundelkhand University's representative, nodal officer and deputy nodal officer will be in support.
