Live News Update 2023: Patna New Collectorate building will be built by March next year
Latest Updated 08/05/2023: The new collectorate building of Patna will be ready in March next year. The construction work is being completed at a fast pace. The construction work of the first floor has been completed. The five-storey building will have state-of-the-art facilities. Although the target was set to complete this building by June 2024, but now it will be prepared ahead of time.
The Collectorate building being constructed at a cost of Rs 183 crore will be unique of its kind. There will be state-of-the-art facilities here. The Collectorate will have three buildings. The main building will house the DM's office while the other two will house the offices of the DDC and the Zilla Parishad.

The first floor of the main building is ready, while the basements of the other two buildings have been completed. Recently the Divisional Commissioner and DM had inspected the building. The commissioner had directed to complete it by March 2024 in any case. The construction work is going on fast so that the work is completed on time.
