NBEMS can conduct NEET UG from next session latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 23/05/2023: From the next session, NEET UG may be conducted by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Suggestions regarding to this have been sought from intellectuals to the common people.
NBE has said that like NEET PG, there will be NEET UG as good. Till now NBA coducts NTA & PG for UG. For this reason, it has been decided that now NEET UG will also be conducted by NBE. The final decision on this has to be taken by the Education & Health Department of the Central Government. NBE will ready for NEET UG only after consent. People have also provide their positive suggestions on this. Applicants also want NBE to conduct the exam.

- NTA conducts many major examinations of the country
- More burden affects other exams
Sadhna Parasar which is NTA Director (Examination) has said that we only take exams. The syllabus & exam pattern is released by the National Medical Commission only. On the same pattern, NTA takes the exam. Simultaneously, the burden has increased with the NTA due to national examinations. This decision has been taken to reduce burden.
No change in the Pattern
NTA officials said that there will be no any change in the exam pattern. Anyone can held the entrance exam, but the pattern of the exam will remain the same. NTA will follow the suggestion of the govt.
