Latest Updated 23/05/2023: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will release the result of Matriculation and Inter Science examination on Tuesday. Its preparation has been completed. Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSEL), K.K. Ravi Kumar and Dr. Anil Kumar Mahto, President of JAC will release the result. The matriculation and intermediate examinations were held from 14 March to 5 April. 4,33,718 candidates appeared in matriculation and 74,000 candidates appeared in inter science. The results of Inter Arts and Commerce are expected to be released by the end of the month.

Ten toppers will be honored in schools, the first 10 candidates (ten toppers) in every school in matriculation and intermediate will be honored at the school level. Whereas, state topper will be awarded at state level. For this, the Education Secretary has issued instructions to all the districts. In this, the framework for organizing the program after the result has been decided. Every school will honor the first 10 successful candidates. Parents will be called in the function and they will be informed about the total number of candidates, how many have been successful, how many have passed in first, second and third class.
