After 14 Years Promotion exercise of teachers in Grade-3 in Jharkhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 23/05/2023: There is a good news for the primary teachers of district. After year 2009, now teachers will achieve the promotion in grade 3 also. On Monday i.e.; On 22 May, a deputation of Jharkhand Primary Teachers Association Dhanbad met Bhootnath Rajwar which is DSE & discussed the issues of teachers.
Following the matter raised by the union, the DSE has released an order in this regard, accepting the demand of promotion of teachers (including working, retired, dead) in grade 3. Providing information related to 44 points, teachers have to mandatory submit their folders by 25 May. Block-wise reports have been asked to be ready separately for direct recruitment teachers in classes 6th to 8th . Let us inform that teachers of Dhanbad Jharkhand were promoted in grade 4 in the past. Ujjwal Tiwari which is Union's District Principal Secretary said that promotion in grade 7, difficulty in making attendance in E Vidyavahini, sick, posting of female teachers in convenient schools & other issues were discussed.

Enthralling to the teachers, Union District Principal Secretary Ujjwal Tiwari said that shortly the teachers should submit their folders to the BEEO office so that the process related to promotion in grade 3 can began. The union has thanked to DSE. The delegation included Ujjwal Tiwari which is Union District Principal Secretary , Ranjan Das which is Vice President , Brajesh Bhatt, Sanjay Giri, Devesh Trivedi, Prakash Mishra, Iqbal and Deepak Kumar.
