11500 applications came for marks verification from Patna Zone (Bihar and Jharkhand) in CBSE latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 23/05/2023: Thousands of students of 10th-12th of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) are not satisfied with their marks. He has applied for verification of marks. More than 11,500 students from Patna zone (Bihar and Jharkhand) have applied online. Of these, about seven thousand are from Bihar and the rest from Jharkhand. Now the board is preparing a subject-wise team of teachers and is verifying the marks.

Let us tell you that the result was declared on 12 May. The board had given students a chance to apply for marks verification from 13 to 20 May. After the marks verification, the students whose marks in the answer book will increase, they will be given the result again by the board.
Even after checking the copy at four levels, this time the answer books were checked at four levels to release error-free results from the board. After the evaluation was completed, a special team of teachers was formed. The team's teachers tallied the scores with a computer. Despite this, thousands of students are not satisfied with their marks. According to the board, show-cause notice will be given to such teachers whose students have made mistakes in counting their marks in the marks verification.
Maximum number of applications have come for verification of marks in English, Mathematics, Social Science, Physics, Accountancy, Economics, History etc. in class 10th and 12th together.
Photo copy of answer book and chance for re-evaluation
On behalf of the board, students have also been given a chance to photo copy the answer sheet and re-evaluate. Students who want to take a photo copy of the answer book will apply online from 31 May to 1 June and online applications for re-evaluation will be taken from 5 to 6 June.
