The court said that there is no scope for interference in the selection process of ANMs in this recruitment process. Now the way has been cleared for the appointment of 824 ANMs in Uttarakhand Health Department.

The court said that the petitioners could have questioned the said interpretation before replying to the advertisement. A single bench of senior judge Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari said that any relief granted to the petitioners would adversely affect the selected candidates. CM Pushkar Dhami and Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat will soon give appointment letters to the selected candidates in the employment fair.
