Latest Updated 23/03/2023: Online recruitment process has began on the basis of honorarium (salary) for 52000 vacant posts of Anganwadi workers, Mini Anganwadi workers & assistants in the Uttar Pradesh.
Age limit fixed between 21 to 35 years
In this regard, the selection process has been re-determined & now the age limit for eligibility for selection has been abolished between 21 years to 45 years & the new age limit has been between 21 to 35 years. With the exception of, instead of high school, the educational qualification has been fixed as intermediate.

IAS Anamika Singh, Secretary, Child Development & Nutrition Department has released a revised mandate in this regard. It has been said in this that only the date of birth mentioned on the high school mark sheet & certificate will be valid for the selection regarding the age of the applicant. His honorarium (salary) based service will automatically come to an end after he attains the age of 62 years.
