Bihar Teacher Recruitment: Complete the process of 6th Phase till 31 March latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 26/03/2023: The state government has asked to complete the process of appointment of selected teachers of the sixth phase by March 31. In this regard, the Director of Secondary Education Sanjay Kumar has also issued an order. After the order of Patna High Court, the department has asked to issue appointment letters to the selected candidates.
In fact, the LPA was filed in the court to ban the departmental order and implementation for the appointment to the post of secondary and higher secondary teacher of the sixth phase. The court gave a stay order on the action of the candidate covered by two orders of the department. The reference of both these orders is to such untrained candidates included in STET 2011, which are related to those who have passed the B.Ed examination in different sessions over time. The plaintiffs objected to the candidates appearing in the planning process of the sixth phase on the basis of passing the B.Ed examination on 26.09.2019.
Issuing a departmental order in compliance with the order passed by the court on 15.09.2019, the concerned planning unit was directed to ban the distribution of appointment letters to the candidates of the said category in case they are finally selected.
