Workshop organized at IIT Patna latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 18/01/2023: The 'Respect Bihar' workshop at IIT Patna on Tuesday focused on Motion, Rotation and Gravitation. The second day of the five-day organized workshop began with a lecture by Dr. Manoranjan, IIT Patna. Dr. Manoranjan informed the teachers about nature observation and its physics formulation.
Dr. AK Mukherjee, another resource person from IIT Patna, gave a classroom demo on oscillatory motion. Along with this simple harmonic movements were demonstrated by the teachers for deeper learning and conceptualization. Whereas, it was shown by Dr. Santosh Kumar using the rotation of a water bottle. Demonstrated the dynamics of the toy's wheel rotation and its influence by gravity. Researcher and teacher Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh enthused the teachers by showing a simple method using small spring balance, cotton rod, small magnet etc.
