Principal Secretary to the Governor, RL Chongthu sent a letter to all the Vice Chancellors of the state informing them about this decision and asked them to implement it. With this, the situation of confusion regarding ITI passed students has ended. Along with this, the way for their enrollment in colleges has also been cleared.


In fact, along with 12th in Bihar, 10th pass students also study ITI. 12th pass students used to take admission in graduation easily, but students who did ITI after passing 10th were not able to take admission in graduation. Although the education department has already issued an order in this regard, but the university administration refused to accept it saying that no such order has been issued by the Raj Bhavan.

ITI operators gave memorandum in 2020 itself


A memorandum in this regard was given to the Education Department on behalf of ITI operators in the year 2020 itself. In the year 2021, the Education Department had given written information about this to the Raj Bhavan. In the light of the same letter, the Raj Bhavan issued a letter on Friday asking all the university administrations to take admission in graduation for ITI students after passing 10th standard. This decision of Raj Bhavan will benefit thousands of students of Bihar who had done ITI after passing 10th standard. But he was not able to enroll in graduation.
