Latest Updated On 15/09/2022: District Judge Sandeep Jain has rejected the anticipatory bail application of two professors of HBTU accused of molestation, mental harassment and machinery. Two girl students doing MBA in HBTU had accused the professors of molestation. Both the girl students had lodged two FIRs at the Nawabganj police station. In this, Professor Vinod Yadav, Harshmeet Kaur Saluja and Anchit Agarwal were made accused. Bar Association President Naresh Chandra Tripathi and ADGC Ravindra Awasthi said that seeing the sword of arrest hanging, separate anticipatory bail applications were filed on behalf of Harshmeet and Anchit in both the cases.
