Bihar BPSC 67th Exam 2022: PT dates now for two days on 20 & 22 September latest news update

Latest Updated On 19/08/2022: The chairman of the commission said that many measures have been taken to ensure that the paper does not leak. The commission will send the question paper in a special steel box. They will have GPS installed. If somebody tampered with the box, it will be known.
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the date of 67th Combined Preliminary Examination. The exam will be organize on 20 and 22 September 2022. The commission will held the preliminary examination for the first time in two days. The new chairman of the commission Atul Prasad gave this information on Thursday i.e.; yesterday. He told that many more major changes have been made in the 67th examination. The preliminary exam will be taken on 2 days. Because of this, for the 1st time, the results of the preliminary examination will be declared on the basis of percentile. This change has been made for the purpose of transparency. Earlier on 8 May, 67 PTs had to be canceled due to paper leak. For 802 posts, 6 lakh 2 thousand candidates will appear.

Opportunity to Change Optional After the Preliminary Examination, candidates will get a chance to change the Optional Paper. This had not happened till now. Simultaneously, this time jammers will be installed at the examination centers. Due to this the mobile will not work & will not be able to make the question papers viral. The question paper was easily made viral only because of the jammer was not installed.
These big changes in the exam pattern
- On the basis of percentile, now the result of preliminary examination will be released.
- Will put the evaluated copies of both PT & Mains on its official website.
- After PT, candidates will get a chance to change the optional paper.
- The question papers for all the centers will have a unique ID, the question paper will be sent in a special box fitted with GPS.
- The question paper will be opened in front of the candidates and will also be sealed.
- Students have to sit in the examination hall before 1 hour during the exam.
Any error will be detected
The question papers of all the centers will have their own unique ID. It will be known if there is any of mistake in it. The Commission will postpone the exam of that center only where such activity will take place. Not entire centers will have to be postponed.
Candidates will be able to go out only 15 minutes after the exam is over
Candidates will be made to sit in the examination room 1 hour before. The seal of the bundle of question papers will be opened in the examination hall in front of the candidates. After the examination, the OMR will be sealed in front of the candidates. Therefore, candidates will be allowed to leave after 15 minutes of the exam.
