3523 physical education instructors will be appointed in Bihar till 28 May latest news update
Camp will be held at district level on 12 May 2022
Latest Updated On 09/05/2022: On 12 May, a camp will be organized at the district level, in which the selection list is prepared after inviting the candidates in order of merit and preliminary checking their certificates. On 13 May, the selection list category wise vacancy wise will be released on the portal of NIC. After this, on 28 May, the applicants of this list will get the appointment letter. Sports & physical activities will increase among the children of the schools where the physical education instructors who have been waiting for employment for about 2 and a 1/2 years, will be reinstated.
Physical education cum health instructors will be reinstated in govt middle schools of the state this month. The restoration process started from 30 March 2022. Under this, all the districts have to generate the final merit list on their respective NIC portals on Monday.

On 28 May, the selected candidates will get the appointment letters. Restoration is going on 8386 vacancies but only 3523 applicants are declared eligible in the examination called by Bihar Board & all of them are expected to be appointed. It may be noted that at the end of March month, the process of recruitment for 8386 posts of Physical Education & Health Instructor had started. Regarding this, in October 2021 itself, 8386 middle schools were allotted to the schools, providing approval for one post each. Applications were invited from eligible candidates from 11 to 26 April 2022. Publication of the provisional merit list & inviting objections on it, after resolving the objections, the final approval on the merit list from the appointing authority has to be done by Monday on 9 May 2022. All the districts also have to release the final merit list on the NIC portal of their respective district.
