Live Updates: cbi took 13 accused on remand in nta neet ug paper leak case 2024
Latest Updated 14/07/2024: In the NEET paper leak case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has taken 13 accused on remand and started interrogation from Saturday. The CBI has taken all these accused lodged in Beur Jail on remand for 15 days. These accused will be questioned by making them sit face to face with the previously arrested accused.

The Patna High Court, while hearing the application of the CBI on Friday, had given permission to take the 13 accused lodged in jail on remand. On Saturday, the CBI team reached Beur Jail. It is known that these 13 accused were arrested by Patna Police in May itself. If sources are to be believed, the CBI team will also interrogate many of these accused by making them sit in front of Rocky of the NEET paper leak gang.
During the interrogation, the CBI wants to get information from them that from where and how did they get the copy of the question paper. Information will also be obtained from them about the evidence of burning of question papers in Khemnichak, Patna. His sources of contact with Sanjeev Mukhiya, the main accused in the NEET paper leak case, will also be investigated.
