Latest Updated 19/07/2024: 1380 teachers of the district working in government schools are not making their online attendance in the e-Vidyavahini app. Out of 6295 teachers working in Dhanbad, 4638 teachers are making their online attendance in the e-Vidyavahini app from within 100 meters. 277 teachers are registering their attendance from more than 100 meters away from the school. The important thing is that 1380 teachers are not making (not submitting) their attendance. This is 21.92 percent. Jharkhand Education Project Council has expressed its displeasure over this. If we look at the figure of 19 June, 3698 teachers made their online attendance from within 100 meters. 725 teachers from more than 100 meters away and the number of teachers not submitting attendance reached 2751. On 11 July, this figure has been released by Jharkhand Education Project Council and sent to the districts. The state headquarters clearly said that the districts have been instructed to monitor the attendance of teachers on a daily basis.
